Frequently asked questions

There is no code or direct link for the movie. You have to log in to the FesthomeTV platform with the information you have registered with when you did the payment. 

Your purchases of tickets or festival pass are registered to your user. When you access the movie you bought while being logged in, you can watch the movie.

You can see all the tickets you have bought from the up-right corner submenu “Purchases”.

Yes. You can purchase and start watching the film until the end of the screening window. 

But, if you start watching the film at the very end of the screening window, you should watch the film without pausing it. After the screening window closes, the time available to watch the film is only the remaining lenght of the film. 

Most Cinemaissí 2020 movies are available throughout the festival week 21-25 October. Two movies with limited screening windows are:

La Llorona: Friday 23 Oct at 18-21 & Sunday 25 Oct at 16-19

Yo, Imposible: Saturday 24 Oct at 17-20 & Sunday 25 Oct at 17-20

Click the “buy ticket” button on the film page of FesthomeTV and insert the discount code when you get to payment options. When you insert the code, the price will go to 0€.

With a single ticket you can watch the movie only once. The movies are only available until 25.10.2020 midnight.

Yes. The platform will allow you to continue watching the film from the part where you stopped watching it.

If the film you are watching is limited to a screening window, and you start watching the film at the very end of the screening window, you should watch the film without pausing it. After the screening window closes, the time available to watch the film is only the remaining lenght of the film. 

The tickets are valid until the end of the festival. You can watch the movie later, as long as you watch it during the festival time (before 25 Oct 2020 22:59 EET).

Cinemaissí does not see the personal and payment information registered to FestHomeTV. We can not confirm if your payment has been processed correctly. In cases like option b, please contact the platform directly at help@festhome.com.
